We do not know where this sketch is drawn but we suspect it may be from Woodward's Hiram Woodward studio. It appears to be a bookshelf that is built into the wall at one end with legs on the other. Note the paintings stacked on either side of the dropleaf table under the books... These paintings would be available to show prospective buyers visiting the studio. We do not have any known images of inside this studio.
