At Haying Time

Though not quite the same, this sketch drawing most closely resembles the painting At Haying Time. From the sketch perspective, RSW appears to be a bit father away and more to the left of the painting. Still, this is clearly the Halifax house in West Halifax. Woodward showed a particular interest the homestead. Painting it numerous times, primarily in the 1930s.
