"... Robert Strong Woodward, whom Mr. Pepper discovered some three years ago painting unknown in the western part of Massachusetts, has sent another of his imaginative moonlight wood interiors called When the Moon is Full. The color scheme of deep purple, blues and silver give to this picture a character all its own."
